Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Nutrig. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work depending on where you purchased your subscription.
Subscriptions purchased on our website
Web payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Subscriptions purchased through the Nutrig website are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
If you were charged in error, or a technical issue prevented you from using the service, contact us at support@nutrig.app within 14 days of the charge. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. This right may not apply once you have started using the service and agreed to immediate access. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory statutory rights.
Apple App Store purchases
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies and must be requested directly from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).
Google Play purchases
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are subject to Google's refund policies and must be requested directly from Google.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period — you keep access until the end of the paid period. Manage web subscriptions in the app under Settings → Subscription; manage store subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account.
