Delete your Nutrig account
This page explains how to delete your Nutrig account and the personal data associated with it.
Delete in the app
You can delete your account directly in Nutrig:
- Open Settings → Security (or Settings → Account);
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
This permanently removes your account and personal data, as described below.
Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email support@nutrig.app from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We verify your identity before processing the request.
Delete specific data (without closing your account)
You don't have to delete your whole account. You can remove individual data directly in the app — for example wellbeing entries, food reactions, favourites and plan items — or email support@nutrig.app to request deletion of specific data categories while keeping your account.
What is deleted, what is kept
Deleted — removed within 30 days of your request:
- your account and login credentials;
- profile data (name, email, age, height, weight, goals, preferences, allergies);
- meal plans, favourites, wellbeing entries, reminders and related app data.
Retained after deletion:
- payment and tax records related to subscriptions — kept only for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law, then deleted;
- anonymized, non-identifying usage data — not linked to you; may be kept for analytics.
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play must be cancelled separately in your store account.
