Frequently asked questions
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed on iOS, manage it in the App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android, use the Google Play app: Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. If you subscribed on the web, manage it from Settings → Subscription in the app.
How do I change my goals, diet or allergies?
Open Settings → Nutrition to update your goal, diet type, allergies, meal count and reminders. Your next generated menu will reflect the changes.
Is my data private?
Yes. Health and wellbeing data is stored under an anonymous identifier, and AI training is opt-in (off by default). See our Privacy Policy for details, including how to export or delete your data.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings → Account in the app, or email support@nutrig.app and we'll process your request.
